Xinomavro
Xinomavro is considered one of the most dynamic and important Greek grape varieties. It is primarily cultivated in Naoussa and other regions of Northern Greece. Xinomavro produces rich, full-bodied red wines with strong aging potential, as well as fresh rosé and even white wines. Known for its high acidity, firm tannins, and complex red fruit and spice aromas, it is a flagship variety of Greek wine.
