Rose Early Harvest Theopetra Estate

Early Harvest Rosé by Theopetra Estate is a finer, fresher and more aromatic rosé made from Xinomavro, originating from the Meteora region. Early harvesting keeps the wine in a more lively, crisp style, with lower alcohol, intense freshness and brighter fruit.

Vinification takes place with short maceration and juice extraction through the saignée method, giving the wine a pale rosé colour and a clean aromatic character. Fermentation at low temperatures and brief ageing on the lees add freshness, balance and a little more texture on the palate.

In the glass, it brings pink grapefruit, blood orange, white peach, wild strawberry, raspberry and a subtle herbal note on the finish. On the palate, it is fresh, aromatic and elegant, with lively acidity and a fruity feel that makes it very enjoyable.
