By sending an email to [email protected]. In this case, our store will contact you in order to confirm product availability and the estimated collection time.

By visiting our physical store at 442 Mesogeion Avenue, Agia Paraskevi. Should you wish to collect your products directly from our store, prior telephone communication is required in order to confirm availability.

By cash on delivery to the courier company delivering your order. Cash on delivery within Attica is provided at no additional charge. For deliveries outside Attica, the cash on delivery fee is €1.50.

SHIPPING METHODS – SHIPPING COSTS

Orders are dispatched either through courier companies cooperating with GRAPE STORE or by the Company’s own means of transport. Delivery time within Attica is estimated at two (2) to three (3) business days, and a prior telephone call will be made in order to arrange receipt of the order. For areas outside Attica, as well as remote or hard-to-reach locations, delivery time may be longer and shall be determined following communication between the store and the customer.

Shipping costs depend on the destination, as well as the total weight and volume of the order, and are automatically calculated at checkout prior to the completion of the purchase.

SAME-DAY DELIVERY: Same-day delivery is available within Attica for orders confirmed before 13:00 on the same day, at a charge of €10. Availability of this service must be confirmed in advance through communication with our store. Same-day deliveries are carried out between 16:00 and 22:00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer shipment of orders to all countries, both within and outside the European Union. Shipping costs depend on the total weight and volume of the order.

In the case of shipments to countries outside Greece, the consignment may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Customs clearance charges vary from country to country and are not included either in the order value or in the shipping charges. This procedure is generally carried out by the courier company, which will subsequently notify you of the relevant amount. As the legal framework governing the importation of alcohol in many countries outside the European Union is subject to frequent change, there is always the possibility that certain products may be seized by the customs authorities of the respective country. The customer assumes the relevant risk, which may include payment of customs clearance charges in the destination country or even seizure of the products by the competent customs authority.

Upon delivery of the wines, the customer is required to inspect the condition of the goods and to immediately report any damage or missing items to the representative of the delivery company, recording such issues on the relevant delivery document provided. In addition, the customer must notify the Company within two (2) days of any declaration of damage or loss, in order for the compensation procedure in respect of the relevant products to be initiated. It is expressly understood that, from the moment of delivery, responsibility for the products passes to the customer.
