Terre de Zeus Xinomavro by Navitas Winery is a dry red from PGI Pieria that captures the classic personality of Xinomavro and gives it a more refined, contemporary edge. The nose shows tomato, olive paste, sundried blossoms, and sweet spice, while the palate leans into red cherry fruit, vivid acidity, and structured tannins that stretch into a long finish. In the cellar, the style stays authentic but polished, with a few days of pre-fermentation cold maceration, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, and 12 months of maturation in a combination of French oak and tulip-shaped concrete vats, before being bottled unfiltered.
