Santorini Thira Kori by Santo Wines is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko from Thirasia, with a particularly pure, focused, and expressive character. Ageing for 12 months in clay amphorae on fine lees gives it greater complexity and depth, while preserving the authentic freshness of the variety. On the nose, aromas of citrus, sea breeze, and pronounced minerality stand out, while recent tasting notes for the label also highlight hints of lemon balm and yuzu peel. On the palate, it is dry, with lively acidity, a saline edge, and a long finish, making it ideal for fish, shellfish, seafood, and dishes with delicate white or lemon-based sauces.
