Vinsanto by Santo Wines is a naturally sweet white wine made from Assyrtiko and Aidani, with a rich, mature, and highly complex character. In the glass, it shows a deep orange-red color with caramel highlights, while the nose reveals aromas of sweet spices such as cinnamon and cloves, together with dried fruits like apricot, plum, and raisin. On the palate, it is full-bodied, velvety, and balanced, with the sweetness beautifully supported by lively acidity, giving the wine depth and a long finish. Ageing for 6 years in oak barrels further enhances its complexity and mature profile. It pairs beautifully with desserts based on dried fruit, caramel, nuts, and also aged cheeses.
