Xinomavro Rose Gerovasileiou Estate

Gerovassiliou Xinomavro Rosé by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry rosé wine made from Xinomavro. It has a pale pink-salmon color and an intensely aromatic character, with notes of pink grapefruit, forest berries, cherry and strawberry. On the palate it is rich, refreshing and balanced, with lively acidity and an aromatic finish reminiscent of sour cherry and cherry. It pairs beautifully with shrimp saganaki, lobster pasta, vegetable dishes in olive oil, pasta, summer Mediterranean dishes and more exotic flavors.
