Vinsanto Late Release Estate Argyros

Vinsanto Late Release by Estate Argyros is the deepest, aged and almost collectible version of Santorini Vinsanto. Made from Assyrtiko, Athiri and Aidani, from very old vines in Episkopi, it brings to the glass all the concentration of the sun, salinity and volcanic soil of Santorini.

The grapes are naturally sun-dried and the wine ages for many years, gaining incredible depth, intensity and complexity. In the glass it reveals plum, raisin, dried apricot, orange peel, honey, caramel, coffee, chocolate, nuts and beeswax.

On the palate it is sweet, dense and velvety, but the characteristic acidity of Assyrtiko keeps it lively and balanced. The finish is almost endless, with notes of caramel, honey and roasted nuts. Enjoy it chilled next to aged cheeses, caramel tart, nut-based desserts, dark chocolate or simply on its own, as dessert in the glass. A Vinsanto for slow sips and grand finales.
