Nykteri Mikra Thira

Nykteri by Mikra Thira is a dry white PDO Santorini wine made from Assyrtiko, Aidani, and Athiri, offering a richer and more gastronomic expression of the Santorini vineyard. It is produced from overripe grapes, and fermentation is completed in French oak barrels where the wine remains on its lees for 4 months, gaining more body and structure. On the nose, fruit-driven aromas stand out and balance beautifully with the firmness of Assyrtiko, while on the palate it is explosive, full-bodied, and very well structured, with the characteristic lightly saline mineral finish of the Thera soil. It is a wine with intensity and character that pairs beautifully with richer dishes and can age very well for many years.
