Santorini Mikra Thira

Santorini by Mikra Thira is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, clearly expressing the authentic character of the Santorini vineyard. It is produced from grapes grown in the traditional kouloura training system and vinified in stainless steel tanks, where it remains on the lees for 4 months with stirring, gaining more body and better structure. On the nose, aromas of herbs, stone fruits, and tropical fruits such as lychee and mango stand out, blending beautifully with the variety’s characteristic minerality. On the palate, it is rich and balanced, with a lightly saline feel, refreshing acidity, and a long mineral finish. It pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, and Mediterranean dishes.
