Terrasea by Mikra Thira is a dry white PDO Santorini wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, a true tribute to the terroir of Thirasia. It is produced exclusively from grapes grown on Thirasia with the traditional kouloura training system and combines fruit freshness with the deep minerality of the volcanic landscape. On the nose, aromas of chamomile, thyme, oregano, and white-fleshed fruits such as peach and pear stand out, giving it strong personality and elegance. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with excellent balance between alcohol and acidity, while its characteristic flinty note and very long finish make it especially expressive and gastronomic. It pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, white meats, and more refined Mediterranean dishes.
