Vassaltis Plethora Cuvée Heritage 2021 is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, with a deep, mature, and highly complex character. It is a more demanding and expressive interpretation of Santorini, with strong personality and great gastronomic potential. On the nose, aromas of citrus peel, saline fruit, flowers, and dried herbs stand out, while ageing adds notes of nuts, mushroom, and greater depth. On the palate, it is dense, tense, and layered, with racy acidity, a saline edge, and a long finish that highlights its mature yet perfectly balanced profile.
