Gramina Vassaltis Vineyards

Vassaltis Gramina 2023 is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, with an intense, complex, and highly expressive character. It comes from a single vineyard in Santorini and stands out for its concentration and elegance. On the nose, it shows dense aromas of ripe citrus, white-fleshed and stone fruits, flowers, smoky notes, and subtle salinity, clearly reflecting the island’s volcanic terroir. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with high acidity, rich texture, and pronounced minerality, while extended lees contact adds depth and roundness. The finish is long, clean, and saline, giving it a strongly gastronomic profile. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, shellfish, seafood, white meats, and dishes with more complex sauces.
