Paragka White Kir-Yianni Domaine

Paranga White by Kir-Yianni Estate is a white wine that is built on simplicity, but never feels boring. Roditis and Malagousia come together in the same glass with very clear roles: Roditis brings the lemony freshness, energy and crisp acidity, while Malagousia adds a more aromatic side, with white-fleshed fruit, flowers and a gentle herbal touch.
The winemaking takes place in stainless steel tanks, with each variety fermenting separately before the final blend is created. The wine then remains in contact with the fine lees for up to 4 months, giving it a little more volume and a more rounded feel, without losing its freshness.
In the glass, it is bright pale lemon, with aromas of green fruit, citrus, peach and floral hints. On the palate, it is fruity, crisp and refreshing, with medium body and a clean finish that makes it very easy to enjoy, whether paired with food or simply opened for a relaxed glass.
Paranga White also carries something of Northern Greece in its character: clarity, energy and that freshness that helps the aromas come through more cleanly. It works nicely with Mediterranean dishes, salads, fish, seafood, pasta with light sauces and white meat, but it does not need food to stand on its own. It is an everyday white wine with style, well made and without unnecessary noise.
