Nykteri Magnum by Artemis Karamolegos Winery is the richer and more impressive side of Santorini, in a bottle that instantly elevates the table. Based mainly on Assyrtiko, with a small contribution from Athiri and Aidani, it brings to the glass ripe peach, quince, lemon, grapefruit, honey, nuts, smoke and that mineral, wet-stone sensation that clearly speaks of Santorini.

Vinification and ageing give it volume, depth and a creamier texture, without losing the electric acidity of Assyrtiko. The magnum bottle adds extra presence, but also better evolution over time, making it ideal for cellaring or for a table that calls for something truly special.

On the palate it is full-bodied, salty and intense, with rich fruit, smoky hints and a long finish that lingers.
