Rosé Multivarietal by Domaine Hatzimichalis is a fresh and pleasant rosé that brings together red and white varieties in a fruity, aromatic and very versatile result. It is made from Merlot, Roditis and Sauvignon Blanc, a combination that gives red fruit, freshness, light herbal character and an easy-going mood in the glass.
Vinification takes place with co-vinification of the varieties in stainless steel tanks and fermentation under controlled temperature, in order to preserve the wine’s fresh and clean character. The result is a rosé that does not feel heavy, but has enough fruit and body to stand beautifully next to food.
In the glass, it brings red cherry, strawberry, sour cherry, pomegranate, notes of bubblegum, sweet herbs and subtle herbal hints. On the palate, it is refreshing, balanced and fruity, with medium body, pleasant acidity and an enjoyable finish.
It pairs very well with shrimp or mussels saganaki, shrimp pasta, grilled langoustines, tuna salad, salmon, sushi, Greek salad, Asian cuisine and light dishes with a Mediterranean feel. It is a rosé for a relaxed aperitif, family dinners and summer moments without overthinking.
