Migma Pet Nat Rosé by Chatzivaritis Estate is a naturally sparkling rosé that takes Goumenissa’s classic duo, Negoska and Xinomavro, and moves it in a more playful, lively and effortless direction. It is not a polished sparkling wine made only for special occasions; it is a wine with energy, fruit and character, made to open easily and disappear even faster.
The winemaking follows the pétillant naturel method, with fermentation completed inside the bottle, creating natural bubbles without a second, technically controlled fermentation. The spontaneous co-fermentation of the two varieties, 6 months on the lees in the bottle and the natural approach of Chatzivaritis Estate give this Pet Nat a fuller texture, freshness and that casually funky feel that makes natural sparkling wines so enjoyable.
In the glass, it has a vivid pink colour and aromas built around cherry, strawberry and small red fruits. On the palate, it is refreshing, fruity and lively, with crisp acidity, elegant bubbles and a finish that makes you want another sip without overthinking it.
