Malagousia Turtles Alpha Domaine

Malagouzia Turtles by Alpha Estate is a dry white Malagouzia from the cool Amyndeon zone, with purity, intensity and that refreshing feel that makes the glass empty a little faster than expected.
It comes from the Turtles vineyard, at an altitude that helps Malagouzia keep its energy, aroma and balance. Alpha Estate works with precision both in the vineyard and the winery, and that shows clearly here: hand harvesting, careful sorting, pre-fermentation cold maceration and 2 months on the lees, giving the wine a fuller texture without losing its freshness.
In the glass, it shows aromas of white flowers, rose petal, melon, litchi and honeysuckle, with an elegant herbal note reminiscent of rosemary. On the palate, it is rounded, aromatic and balanced, with lively acidity, lovely volume and a lasting finish. This is one of those Malagouzias that goes beyond the variety’s fruity side and offers a more refined, well-crafted expression.
It is easy to enjoy on its own, but it will also pair beautifully with fish, seafood, fruit-based salads, white meats, dishes with aromatic herbs and soft cheeses.
