Evil Eye Xinomavro Rosé Magnum by Nico Lazaridi is the large-format bottle of a rosé that knows how to turn heads before it even reaches the glass. Based on Xinomavro from the mountainous village of Agios Panteleimon in Florina, between the lakes of Petres and Vegoritida, it brings that cool northern Greek energy that suits a premium rosé with a modern identity perfectly.
In the glass it has a pale salmon colour and reveals mandarin, melon, tomato leaf, flowers and herbal hints. Rosé vinification keeps the wine pure and bright, while ageing on the lees gives it a little extra volume and a more complete texture, without losing the freshness of Xinomavro.
On the palate it is dry, refreshing and elegantly full, with pleasant acidity and a long, revitalising finish.
