Evil Eye Rosé Nico Lazaridi

Evil Eye Rosé by Nico Lazaridi is a premium rosé based on Xinomavro and with an identity that does not go unnoticed. The evil eye becomes here something like a wine charm: modern, bright and full of character, but with the clean line that defines Nico Lazaridi when it wants to give a Greek variety a more contemporary, elegant expression.

In the glass it has a pale salmon colour and reveals mandarin, melon, tomato leaf, flowers and subtle herbal notes. Xinomavro gives it energy, freshness and that characteristic fine complexity, while ageing on the lees gives a fuller texture and balance without making the wine heavy.

On the palate it is dry, refreshing and elegantly full, with pleasant acidity and a long, revitalising finish. Bring it out for aperitivo, but let it also play at the table with Mediterranean small plates, green salads, fresh seasonal fruit, seafood, tomato salad or light dishes with herbs.
