Cuvée Palatia by Estate Argyros is a more premium, deep and finely crafted expression of Santorini Assyrtiko. It comes from 7 distinct vineyard sites of Santorini and brings together different sides of the island in a wine with intensity, balance and pure volcanic character.
In the glass it reveals lemon, ripe citrus fruit, green apple, stone fruit, wet stone and subtle hints of dough. Vinification keeps the acidity and minerality of Assyrtiko in the foreground, while its fuller texture gives it depth and a gastronomic dimension.
On the palate it is dry, sharp and at the same time generous, with salty intensity, pure fruit and a long finish that lingers. A white wine with classy Santorini energy, ideal for shellfish, grilled fish, shrimps, lobster, seafood pasta, grilled chicken or white meats with lemon-based sauces.
