Vassaltis Alcyone Cuvée Mythologique 2023 is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, with a richer and more complex character that combines the minerality of Santorini with the subtle influence of oak. On the nose, aromas of orange, lemon, fig, flint, vanilla, toasted notes, and saline hints stand out, giving it depth and complexity. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and very well balanced, with crisp acidity, pronounced minerality, and a long finish.
