34 Magnum by Artemis Karamolegos Winery is the large-format bottle of one of the most distinctive and premium expressions of Santorini Assyrtiko. Its name refers to the 34 centuries of continuous vine cultivation in Santorini, while the wine comes from old vines that give concentration, energy and a pure volcanic imprint.
In the glass it reveals lemon, grapefruit, green apple, quince, wet stone, salinity and a fine hint of nuts. Vinification keeps the character of Assyrtiko pure and sharp, while ageing on the lees gives it more texture, depth and a more gastronomic dimension.
On the palate it is electric, dry and concentrated, with high acidity, sea-salt intensity and a finish that lingers. The magnum bottle gives it an even more impressive presence and better evolution over time, making it ideal for cellaring, large gatherings and bold pairings with raw fish, shellfish, lobster, shrimps, grilled fish or white meats with lemony intensity.
