Zoé by Domaine Porto Carras is a sparkling rosé made for more easygoing moments, without losing its elegance and wine identity. Its semi-dry feel, fresh fruit and fine bubbles make it direct, enjoyable and very easy to love from the first sip.
In the glass, it has a crystal-clear pink-salmon color and aromas reminiscent of white flowers, strawberry, cherry and small red fruits. The second alcoholic fermentation takes place in small sealed tanks, at low temperatures and at a slow pace, helping the wine keep its freshness, clean aroma and elegant sparkling texture.
On the palate, it is fresh, elegant and balanced, with subtle sweetness that does not feel heavy and a fruity aftertaste that lingers pleasantly. Domaine Porto Carras, on the slopes of Meliton in Sithonia, carries a long history in the Greek vineyard, and here it offers a more playful yet carefully crafted wine, ideal as an aperitif, for brunch, fruit salads, tarts, seasonal fruit, as well as Asian cuisine with sweet-and-sour sauces. Serve it well chilled, at around 6-8°C.
