White by Biblia Chora Estate is one of those wines that have made the blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Assyrtiko feel completely natural. From the foothills of Pangaio, Ktima Biblia Chora works with a clean, modern approach and delivers here a white wine with aroma, energy and that lovely balance between the international and the Greek.
In the glass it has a pale greenish-yellow colour and reveals tropical fruit, lemon, grapefruit, green hints and refreshing citrus fruit. Sauvignon Blanc brings aromatic intensity, while Assyrtiko gives structure, acidity and a sharper finish. Vinification in stainless steel tanks keeps the wine pure, lively and fully expressive.
On the palate it is dry, rich and harmonious, with refreshing acidity, lovely structure and a long aromatic finish. Open it with grilled or fried fish, seafood, green salads, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses or dishes with lemony intensity. A white wine that plays easily at the everyday table, but has enough finesse to stand next to more thoughtful moments.
