Voreias & Helios Asyrtiko Markogianni Winery

Vorias & Helios Assyrtiko by Markogianni Winery is a low-intervention orange wine made exclusively from Assyrtiko grapes grown in the family vineyard in the hills of Olympia.

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and eight days of skin contact give the wine its deep orange colour, structured texture and gentle tannins. It is bottled unfiltered, preserving its natural and expressive character.

Aromas of ripe citrus, bitter orange, mandarin peel, quince and dried apricot meet subtle floral and herbal notes. Fresh yet structured, it combines lively acidity, delicate tannins and a long finish.

Serve at around 12°C with grilled fish, seafood, soft cheeses or lemon-braised pork.
