Viogner Magnum Skouras Estate

Viognier Stelvin 1.5lt by Domaine Skouras is an expressive Magnum dry white wine with the designation PGI Peloponnese, which highlights the aromatic and elegant character of 100% Viognier. It comes from vineyards in Argolida, and the Magnum version appears on the market in the 2023 and 2024 vintages, in a 1.50 L bottle.

In the glass, it shows a clear yellow-green color with green highlights, while on the nose aromas of ripe apricot, mango, and orange peel stand out, together with notes of vanilla, honey, and fine oak. On the palate, it is rich and balanced, with aromas of fruit, coconut, and hazelnut butter, while the finish has length, volume, and complexity.

Viognier Stelvin 1.5lt matures 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in new French oak barrels for about 6 months, thus acquiring a combination of freshness and volume. It pairs very nicely with lamb fricassee, artichokes, grilled oily fish, and white meats. Its alcoholic strength appears as 13.5% vol.
