Viogner Eclectique Skouras Estate

Viognier Eclectique Stelvin by Skouras Estate is a PGI Peloponnese dry white wine made from 100% Viognier, with a rich, expressive and complex character. In the glass, it has a pale lemon color, while on the nose, intense aromas of peach, citron, pear, honeysuckle and vanilla stand out. On the palate it is dry, full-bodied and balanced, with notes of tropical fruit, melon, lime and smoke, medium acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Its ageing character and volume make it ideal with mushroom dishes, roasted vegetables, pâté, gratin dishes with baked cheeses, white meats and rich creamy sauces.
