Viognier Stelvin by Skouras Estate is a PGI Peloponnese dry white wine made from 100% Viognier, with an aromatic, rich and elegant character. In the glass, it has a vivid yellow color, while on the nose, aromas of ripe apple, white-fleshed peach, flowers and subtle mineral hints stand out, together with a fine touch of oak. On the palate it is rich and balanced, with an oily texture, crisp acidity and a slightly spicy, fruity finish. Partial ageing in new French oak barrels gives it volume and subtle complexity. It pairs beautifully with lamb fricassee, artichokes, rich grilled fish, white meats and dishes with creamy sauces.
