Vinsanto by Gaia Wines is a naturally sweet white wine made from Assyrtiko, Athiri, and Aidani, with a deep, mature, and highly complex character. It is a label that beautifully highlights the sweet and aged side of Santorini through long maturation in oak barrels. On the nose, aromas of caramelised fruits such as raisin, apricot, and fig stand out, together with notes of coffee, bergamot, and dried fruit that give it depth and complexity. On the palate, it is very sweet yet balanced, with good acidity that adds tension, intensity, and a long finish.
