It is a more complex and gastronomic expression of Santorini, highlighting Assyrtiko’s ability to age and gain greater depth over time. On the nose, aromas of lemon, grapefruit, citron, peach, honey, smoke, flint, vanilla, and toasted notes stand out, creating a layered and impressive profile.
