Terre de Zeus Assyrtiko by Navitas Winery is a dry white wine from PGI Pieria with a crisp, mineral edge and a more textured, modern take on Assyrtiko. On the nose it brings lemon blossom, tea, brioche, and subtle flinty herbal notes, while the palate layers grapefruit, minty freshness, vibrant acidity, and a saline finish that feels clean and seriously polished. The winemaking keeps everything sharp but not severe, with whole bunch pressing for two thirds of the fruit, 24-hour skin contact for the remaining third, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with gentle batonnage.
