Terra Nera Aidani Artemis Karamolegos Winery

Terra Nera Aidani by Artemis Karamolegos Winery is the aromatic, lighter side of Santorini. Made from Aidani, an indigenous variety of the island with freshness and a fine character, it brings to the glass peach, apricot, lemon, lime, lemon blossom and a subtle sensation of wet stone that immediately recalls its volcanic terroir.

Vinification at low temperatures keeps the fruit alive, while ageing on the lees gives it a little extra texture and balance, without losing its refreshing character. On the palate it is dry, bright and enjoyable, with vibrant acidity, aromatic intensity and a clean, fruity finish.

A white wine that is easy to drink, but has character. Put it next to fish, seafood, sushi, salads, white cheeses or lemon-based dishes and you instantly have an island mood on the table.
