Santorini of Artemis Karamolegos Winery is a white wine that puts the volcanic DNA of the island in the foreground. Based on Assyrtiko, with a small contribution from Athiri and Aidani, it brings to the glass lemon, green pear, peach, subtle flowers, herbs and the classic sensation of wet stone that makes Santorini stand out.
Vinification is carried out with the aim of expressing each variety and each vineyard site clearly, while ageing on the fine lees gives texture, depth and a fuller sensation on the palate. Yet it remains absolutely refreshing, with sharp acidity, salty intensity and a mineral finish that lingers.
A PDO white wine with energy, character and classy Aegean spirit. It pairs perfectly with raw or grilled fish, shellfish, shrimps, octopus, lemony seafood, as well as dishes with intense salinity or fresh herbs.
