Techni Alipias White Magnum by Wine Art Estate is the same beloved white wine from Drama, in a 1.5-litre bottle, ideal when the table gets bigger or when you want the wine to have a little more presence. The blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Assyrtiko is one of the most characteristic of the region, with Sauvignon Blanc bringing aromatic intensity and tropical fruit, while Assyrtiko keeps the wine vibrant, fresh and balanced.
During vinification, pre-fermentation cold maceration is applied, allowing the aromas of the grapes to pass more clearly into the must. Each variety is vinified separately in stainless steel tanks and the final blend is created after fermentation is completed. Contact with the fine lees gives the wine more volume and density, without making it feel heavy.
In the glass, it has a pale lemon colour and an intense, expressive aromatic profile, with tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, melon, kiwi, lime, passion fruit, peach and gooseberries.
