Sigalas Tsipouro is a clean spirit from Santorini, with island intensity and a distinctive mineral feel. Domaine Sigalas is closely connected with the Santorini vineyard and brings the austere, salty and characterful side of the island into this tsipouro. Without anise, it reveals aromas of grape, citrus, white fruits and dried herbs. On the palate it is vibrant, clean and refreshing, with a finish that recalls a Cycladic table. Try it chilled with fish, seafood, tomato fritters, fava and white cheeses.
