Sémillon by Domain Costa Lazaridi is a white wine from Drama with a richer, rounder and more gastronomic mood. In the glass it has a bright blond-yellow colour and aromas of acacia, lemongrass, orange, honeycomb, peach, fresh bread and sweet spices, on a soft oak background. The barrel gives it depth and a fuller sensation, without covering the fruity and lemony character of the wine.
On the palate it is dry, soft and full-bodied, with good structure, balanced acidity and a persistent citrus finish. At the table it loves dishes with a slightly richer texture, such as chicken with white sauce, risotto, seafood with butter, large fish, vegetable pies, mushrooms or mature white cheeses.
