Roya Oak Nopera Wines

Roya Oak by Nopera Estate is a dry white wine made from 100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, showing a richer, more layered, and highly gastronomic side of the variety. It ferments spontaneously in oak barrels and remains on its lees for 6 months with bâtonnage, gaining more volume, richness, and depth. On the nose, aromas of melon, apple, and nectarine stand out, together with very subtle oak notes, hazelnut, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full and creamy, with slightly heightened acidity, notes of nuts, and the characteristic floral elements of Muscat remaining vivid. It is a wine with character and a distinctive personality, pairing beautifully with mushroom risotto, grilled aubergines, pork, prawns, and richer dishes.
