Roya by Nopera Estate is a dry white wine made from 100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, expressing a more subtle, elegant, and gastronomic side of the variety. On the nose, aromas of citrus, green apple, quince peel, and light floral notes stand out, giving it freshness and clarity without excess. On the palate, it is round and balanced, with moderate acidity, medium body, and a warm, authentically Mediterranean style that makes it especially enjoyable at the table. Its 6 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks give it extra harmony and volume. It pairs beautifully with pies, fava, fried meatballs, dolmadakia, small fish, and Mediterranean appetizers.
