Gefyra Rosé by Lykos Winery is a semi-dry rosé wine with a fresh, fruity and immediately enjoyable character. It is made from Merlot, Athiri and Muscat of Hamburg, a distinctive combination that gives the wine colour, aroma, body and a subtle sweet impression.
Merlot brings soft red fruit and rosé colour, Muscat of Hamburg gives a more intense aromatic profile, while Athiri adds freshness and volume. In the glass, it brings peach, apricot, mango, melon, lychee, lime, bergamot and jasmine.
On the palate, it is fresh, soft and fruity, with balanced sweetness, pleasant acidity and an aromatic finish that lingers beautifully. It is a rosé that drinks easily without becoming flat — ideal as an aperitif, for a relaxed table or with more aromatic dishes.
It pairs very well with fruit salads, Asian cuisine, sweet and sour flavours, sushi, spicy noodles, chicken with aromatic sauces, soft cheeses and light summer dishes.
