Rosé by Biblia Chora Estate is a Syrah from the slopes of Pangaio that shows how rosé can have both freshness and structure. It is not simply a light summer glass; it has colour, fruit, intensity and that clean, modern line that defines Biblia Chora Estate.
In the glass it has a bright pomegranate colour and reveals strawberry, cherry, blueberry, sour cherry and subtle spicy hints. Syrah gives it more body and depth than a classic light rosé, while refreshing acidity keeps the wine lively and enjoyable.
On the palate it is dry, fruity and well-structured, with lovely balance, a soft tannic touch and an aromatic finish that lingers. Bring it out with shrimps, seafood pasta, sautéed vegetables, cold cuts, pizza, tomato-based dishes or Mediterranean small plates. A rosé with character, served chilled but never unnoticed at the table.
