Red Gerovasileiou Estate

Gerovassiliou Red by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry red wine made from Syrah, Merlot and Limnio. It has a deep purple color and a rich character, with aromas of ripe black fruit, plum, cherry, spices and subtle oak. Ageing for about one year in French oak barrels gives it structure, depth and a more complex feel. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and softly tannic, with generous fruit and a long, spicy finish. It pairs beautifully with pork, grilled red meats, oven-roasted poultry, game with red sauces and mature cheeses.
