Plagios Red Magnum Biblia Chora Estate

Plagios Red Magnum by Biblia Chora Estate is a PGI Pangeon dry red wine, made mainly from Merlot with a small amount of Agiorgitiko, presented in a 1.5-liter bottle. It has a rich and robust character, with aromas of ripe red fruit, plum, chocolate, cedar, spices and nuts. Ageing for 16 months in new French oak barrels gives it depth, structure and a more complex feel. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and long, with ripe tannins and an intense fruity finish. Ideal with red meats, beef, lamb, game, spicy sauces and mature cheeses.
