Ovilos Red Magnum Biblia Chora Estate

Ovilos Red Magnum by Biblia Chora Estate is a PGI Pangeon dry red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, presented in a 1.5-liter bottle. It comes from the estate’s first vineyard block at the foot of Mount Pangeon and ages for 16 months in new French oak barrels, gaining depth, intensity and complexity. On the nose, aromas of black cherry, plum, cedar, cocoa, eucalyptus, spices and subtle vanilla stand out. On the palate it is full-bodied, robust and balanced, with ripe tannins, lively acidity and a long finish. The magnum bottle makes it ideal for ageing, gifting or special dinners with red meats, game, lamb, beef and mature cheeses.
