Mountcloud by Navitas Winery is a dry rosé made from Grenache Rouge, with a bright, juicy personality and a super clean, modern feel in the glass. The nose opens with pink grapefruit and cherry, while the palate moves into raspberry-driven fruit, crisp freshness, and a long, reinvigorating finish that feels easygoing but still sharp. The winemaking is all about finesse and precision, with grape cooling at 7°C, 6-hour skin contact at 10°C, only free-run juice used, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15°C with indigenous yeasts.
