Alfega Rosé by Domaine Hatzimichalis is a fresh, fruity rosé from Atalanti Valley, with intense colour and a very easy-going character. It is made from Syrah, Grenache Rouge and Malagousia, a combination that gives red fruit, floral character, freshness and a more aromatic, light-hearted mood in the glass.
The varieties come from three separate vineyard sites of Domaine Hatzimichalis and are co-vinified in stainless steel tanks, under controlled low temperatures. The minimal residual sugars give it a very subtle sweet feel on the finish, without losing its freshness and balance.
In the glass, it brings strawberry, raspberry, rose, red fruit and notes of bubblegum. On the palate, it is soft, refreshing and fruity, with light body, balanced acidity and a pleasant finish that makes it very easy and enjoyable.
It pairs very well with salads with sweet and sour dressings, shrimp, salmon, sushi, dakos, pizza, fresh pasta with red sauce, Asian cuisine and spicy dishes. It is a rosé for friends, relaxed dinners, summer vacations and moments when you want something fresh, aromatic and without overthinking.
