Moschópolis 8 is a premium rosé wine made from Xinomavro and Syrah, standing out for its seriousness, structure, and complexity. Its ageing for about 8 months in oak gives it volume, finesse, and persistence, creating a rosé with a clearly gastronomic profile. On the nose, pomegranate, cherry, ripe strawberry, and rose dominate, while notes of caramel, butterscotch, tomato jam, and toast gradually emerge. On the palate, it is balanced, with lively acidity, fine texture, and an aromatic finish that goes beyond the classic rosé style.
