Lexis K by Zacharias Winery is a dry white wine made from Kydonitsa, with a rich and particularly elegant character. In the glass, it shows a bright lemon color with green highlights, while the nose reveals aromas of quince, pear, and jasmine, giving it finesse and aromatic complexity. On the palate, it is well-structured and full-bodied, with a creamy texture, crisp acidity, and very good balance, while the oak is well integrated without covering the fruit. The finish is long and expressive, with notes of quince, citron, and ripe stone fruits. It pairs beautifully with seafood, oily fish, pork, poultry, pasta with rich white sauces, and risotto.
