Kydonitsa
Kydonitsa is a rare Greek white grape variety that is gradually gaining recognition. It produces medium-intensity yellow-green wines with pronounced aromas dominated by ripe quince notes. On the palate, Kydonitsa wines are round, soft, and well-structured. Currently, single-varietal bottlings are limited and primarily come from the Laconia region of the Peloponnese.
