Idylle d’ Achinos Magnum La Tour Melas

Idylle d’Achinos Magnum by La Tour Melas is the more impressive version of one of the best-known Greek rosé wines. It comes in a 1.5L bottle, ideal for gatherings, large dinners, gifting or simply for moments when you want a rosé with a little extra presence.

It is made from Grenache Noir, Syrah and Agiorgitiko, inspired by Provence but with a clearly Greek signature. Vinification keeps the wine in a fresh, elegant style, while ageing on fine lees for 4 months gives it more texture, balance and length.

In the glass, it has a pale pink-peach colour and brings strawberry, cherry, red fruit, citrus, orange, flowers and a subtle mineral feel. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp and balanced, with pleasant acidity, fruity intensity and a clean finish that lingers beautifully.

The Magnum bottle makes it even more suitable for sharing, without losing the elegance and easy-going mood that have made it so loved. It pairs very well with sushi, shrimp, salmon, seafood, summer salads, white meats, Greek vegetable dishes, pizza, pasta with light red sauces, charcuterie and soft cheeses.
